On Wednesday 28 May our Year 5 and 6 students boarded a bus with their planting clothes, tools and spectacular weather to go planting at Scandrett Regional Park. We do this each year to strengthen and enrich our long standing partnership with the wider community as well as the area of land the school has been gifted there. Our original planting site has now been completed and this year we moved on to a new piece of the park – progress is being made!
The children, parent helpers and teaching staff do a fantastic days work and really enjoy this day. You will be able to witness the efforts when you visit Scandrett Regional Park.
