BEACH CARNIVAL FRIDAY 7 MARCH

Mark Friday 7 March down in your diary as a day of fun on the sand and in the sea for the whole of Snells Beach School. As like last year ,we are all walking down to the beach via Dalton Road ,to take part in a variety of activities both in and out of the water to end our swimming and beach safety awareness programmes. We hope that you will join us there. We will be leaving school at 11am and finishing down at the beach at 3pm. Parents and any family members are very welcome to help supervise the walk to the beach , and the activities, including swimming, while down there. We would especially appreciate some help with the water activities to ensure student safety. Your children will need to bring togs, 2 towels, a bag for wet clothing, plenty of water to drink, lunch, a sunhat and sunscreen. You can stay all day or return to pick your children up at 3pm. Students who are catching the bus will walk back to school in time to do so. If however you do not wish your child to go home on the bus please advise the office in the morning by a note or a phonecall.  All other students must be picked up from the beach, or have had arrangements made to walk home from there. A teacher will remain with the students until all have gone home or been picked up. Looking forward to seeing you there. It should be a great day!
